Vicki L. Lopez is the founder of VLL Consulting LLC, a consulting firm specializing in federal, state, and local government affairs across all industry sectors, public affairs and strategic communications, community relations, nonprofit consulting, advocacy training, fundraising, and leadership and board development. The firm also offers a variety of corporate and personal well-being practices including life/well-being coaching, Ayurveda consulting and instruction as well as and meditation instruction.

Ms. Lopez is a well-respected authority in government and community relations. Her expertise includes education, underserved communities, healthcare, affordable housing, and criminal and juvenile justice issues.

Andriana Oliva kicked off a career in communications and event planning in 2003 with a passion for coordinating events, telling stories, and bringing people together. 2014 saw the launch of her communications agency, The AO Insight Group, which serves as a full[1]service communications and digital marketing agency for several prominent Miami-Dade organizations such as Catalyst Miami, New World Symphony, Guitars Over Guns, and Miami Dade College’s Koubek Center, to name a few. Giovanni Ramon Castro is the Manager for State and Local Government Affairs for Verizon in the State of Florida. Before joining Verizon, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff for City of Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. He was instrumental in advancing the mayor’s priorities and agenda. Giovanni’s most notable initiatives include spearheading the children’s savings account and rental assistance for senior citizens across the city.

Previously, Giovanni worked as a Senior Aide to the Lt. Governor of Florida, Carlos Lopez-Cantera.

Norie began her career at United Way over 27 years ago as assistant project director to the first AmeriCorps program in South Florida which focused on rebuilding efforts following Hurricane Andrew. She then joined the Community Investments team where she worked until joining the Development team as vice president in 2013 eventually becoming senior vice president for the department.

Norie has a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Public Administration both from Florida International University.

Among Norie’s many accomplishments, she led the team that created the United Way Center for Financial Stability which opened in 2009. She currently leads United Way’s efforts in corporate, grant and individual fundraising.
